How We Began

The Association was started in 1992 by a group of Concerned Residents who wanted to voice their concerns about Quality of life issues affecting them and others who owned Property in the North Elmsford Area.

The Original founders included: Mr. & Mrs. Lorenzo Brown, Mr. James Bason ,Mr. Tibbs, Mr. Bass, Mr. Redd, Mr. Lewis, Ms. Lola Daniel Hunter and many others to name a few.
