The North Elmsford Civic Association Inc., established in 1992, is a community-driven organization dedicated to building a strong and vibrant neighborhood in Elmsford, NY. Through partnerships with local, county, and state leaders, the association addresses quality of life issues and empowers residents to actively participate in shaping their community.

With a focus on youth empowerment and advocacy for homeowners and residents, the association offers college scholarships to local students and organizes an annual Community and Friends Day to foster a sense of togetherness. As a 501(c)(3) organization, their mission is to continue serving the community by providing resources, such as after-school activities for youth, and honoring senior members who have made significant contributions to the neighborhood.
